Outdoor products companies will merge 
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Two Utah companies that make watchbands, eyeglass retainers and other accessories for the outdoor industry are merging. The marriage of privately owned Chums and Chisco should be complete in November, creating an “accessories powerhouse,” Chisco co-founder Beirne Chisolm said Friday.
