Burst.com Claims iTunes, iPod Infringe Its Patents
Burst.com, a California-based developer of digital media technologies, said that it has filed a counterclaim against Apple Computer in response to a suit Apple filed earlier in the year asking the software maker to publicly invalidate patents the company previously held.
